Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler was accused of sexually assaulting a teenage model in 1975 by kissing and dry humping her, according to a lawsuit filed against him.

The 75-year-old singer is accused of assaulting Jeanne Bellino, a former child model who claims she met Tyler in New York when she was 17 and he was 27.

According to Rolling Stone, the cause of action listed in the lawsuit is gender-based violence, and the plaintiff is seeking unspecified damages.

Bellino claims she met Tyler after a friend arranged to meet Aerosmith at the Warwick Hotel in Manhattan.

As Bellino walked down Sixth Avenue, Bellino claimed Tyler forced her into a phone booth and “stick his tongue down her throat.”

The lawsuit alleges that Bellino asked Tyler a question about a song lyric, which frustrated him and led him to force her into the booth.

It states: “While holding her captive, Tyler stuck his tongue down her throat and placed his hands on her body, breasts, buttocks and genitals, moved and removed clothing, and pinned her to the wall of the phone booth.”

“While Tyler abused and groped Plaintiff, he fucked her and pretended to have sex with Plaintiff.

“Others stood in front of the telephone booth laughing, and while passers-by watched and witnessed, no one from the entourage intervened.”

Bellino claims that she weighed about 115 pounds at the time and that this was her first sexual experience.

The lawsuit continues: “Tyler’s penis was erect and as he rubbed it against her, it was clear to her that he was wearing no underwear and thin pants.”

“Plaintiff resisted and fought to get free, but Tyler held her back.”

Eventually, the lawsuit says, Bellino managed to free herself from the phone booth and decided to stay with the group because she was dependent on her friend for transportation.

After the group returned to the Warwick Hotel, Tyler allegedly forcibly kissed Bellino and rubbed himself against her.

The lawsuit alleges that after Bellino continued to resist, Tyler whispered in her ear that he was “going to my room to do something quick” and that he would call her to his room afterward.

Bellino claims she was sobbing and shaking, and Tyler allegedly called the lobby to have a staff member tell her she could go to his room.

She claims she was scared that she “couldn’t speak and was paralyzed” and shook her head before making her way to the exit.

Bellino claims a doorman “hurled” her into a taxi outside the hotel and when she returned home she told her sister all the allegations.

In her lawsuit, Bellino claims she has suffered and will continue to suffer “great mental and physical pain, severe and lasting emotional distress, physical manifestations of emotional distress, embarrassment, humiliation, physical, personal and psychological injury.”

The lawsuit also alleges that she was hospitalized and medicated as a result of the alleged incident and still requires medication.

This lawsuit comes nearly a year after Julia Misley, formerly known as Julia Holcomb, filed a similar lawsuit against Tyler, accusing him of sexually abusing her as a teenager.

Misley claims the music legend used his fame and status to “groom, manipulate, exploit and sexually assault” her.

She also claims he drugged her after receiving guardianship from her mother so he could take her on tour.

In his memoir “Does the Noise in My Head Bother You?” Tyler wrote that he “almost took a teenage bride” after falling in love with a woman Holcomb claims was her.

“She was sixteen, she knew how to be bad, and there wasn’t a hair on her head,” he wrote in the book, in which the girl is called “Diana.”

Another excerpt reads: “I slept at her parents’ house for a few nights and her parents fell in love with me and signed the custody papers for me so I wouldn’t be arrested if I got them out.” Condition. I took her on tour with me.’

Misley said the publication had “retraumatized” her and her family and said in a statement: “I am grateful for this new opportunity to take action and be heard.”

The complaint says Misley met Tyler in 1973 after attending an Aerosmith concert in Oregon.

She was then invited backstage and later to Tyler’s hotel room, where she accused the musician of sexually assaulting her.

He then allegedly flew her to an Aerosmith concert in Seattle, where he sexually abused her again.

The following year, Tyler met with Misley’s mother and “convinced her to give him guardianship of her daughter.”

Along the way, he is accused of plying the teenager with alcohol and drugs, impregnating Misley and forcing her to have an abortion.

In April of this year, Tyler told the court that he was Misley’s legal guardian at the time, giving him immunity from relevant laws, past and present.

The Massachusetts native asked the court to dismiss the case entirely.

Misley’s lawyers said the rock singer had “put pressure” on their client and the court with his defense.
