Israel special tribunal for Hamas terrorists on October 7th

Israel will set up a special court to try the hundreds of Hamas militants who launched the Oct. 7 attack that killed over 1,400 Israeli citizens and kidnapped at least 247. The Israeli authorities do not believe that regular criminal law is the right way to convict those who took part in the terrorist attack. Discussions are currently underway over how to bring to justice the approximately two hundred Hamas terrorists captured after the invasion of Israel. Rumor has it that the court will be given special powers to conduct a historic trial against Hamas “to introduce the world to the murderous terrorist group’s goals, roots, financiers and activities.”

Meanwhile, the Israeli army killed the commander of the Hamas Zabra Tel Elhua battalion, Mostafa Delol. The Israeli Air Defense Forces reported this in a tweet in which they showed the video of the airstrike that resulted in the elimination of another local Hamas leader. The IDF specifies that it is a “precision operation based on intelligence information.” The Zabra Tel Elhua battalion, says the Israeli army, has played a central role in the ongoing fighting against IDF soldiers in the Gaza Strip. Delol held various positions in the Gaza City Battalion and Brigade of the terrorist organization Hamas.
