Quebec helps the Davie shipyard acquire the giant Helsinki shipyard

The Davie shipyard, headquartered in Lévis, is receiving help from the Quebec government to acquire the world’s leading manufacturer of icebreakers and ice-class vessels, Helsinki Shipyard OY (HSO), based in the Finnish capital.
