The thief who allegedly stole “extraordinarily rare” wedding rings and credit cards from actress Lily Collins has been identified by investigators.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Andreea Catalina Rosca, who allegedly stole the “Emily in Paris” star’s belongings from a luxury hotel spa in Los Angeles in May.

The LA County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in apprehending the suspect who has ties to Romanian organized theft groups, cops say.

Rosca allegedly stole the actress’s engagement ring, wedding band, electronic devices and credit cards and used the stolen information to create fake IDs and purchase over $67,000 worth of jewelry.

Rosca is accused of forging a new identity using a Washington state ID card through her criminal activities and creating a fake ID card under the name “Nicole Morri.”

Anyone with information about Rosca is urged to contact the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Office. She is described as a female, white adult, approximately 34 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 100 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Because of her alleged ties to organized crime in Romania, she traveled across the United States targeting unsuspecting victims, and Collins became one of them after she went on a luxury spa trip in the spring.

Collins, 34, was enjoying a relaxing day in West Hollywood as she stored her prized possessions at the hotel’s spa.

When the star returned she discovered her belongings had been stolen but there were no signs of forced entry.

Collins previously opened up about her heartache over the loss of her treasured engagement ring, revealing that it was specially designed by her husband, filmmaker Charlie McDowell.

Speaking to Kelly and Ryan on Live, Lily revealed: “It’s a rose cut diamond.” Charlie designed it with Irene [Irene Neuwirth Jewellery]’.

Collins and McDowell got engaged in September 2020 and tied the knot the following year.

Bonnie Dudeney, a private jeweler, gave HELLO! their expert opinion on the gemstone. It says online: “This looks like a very pretty rose cut diamond and probably weighs between 2 and 3 carats.”

“This style of diamond always appears larger because it is cut flatter than traditional, modern diamonds.” It has a beautiful light pink color and is exceptionally rare.

“Although it is difficult to estimate a value, it would certainly retail for over £65,000.”

Collins is among several A-list celebrities who have been targeted by thieves in recent years. A Los Angeles man was sentenced to 31 years in prison this week for a series of robberies in Hollywood.

Benjamin Ackerman, 37, was convicted Wednesday of planning burglaries of the rich and famous by posing as a real estate agent.

He was charged for his role in the theft of millions of dollars worth of jewelry, designer handbags, shoes and art from high-profile victims including Usher and Adam Lampert.

At least $5.5 million was stolen from homes during a nearly two-year raid from December 2016 to July 2018 – with one Beverly Hills home losing 150 luxury items worth a total of $2.5 million in a single raid.
