Simone Biles gets tips for surviving the cold

American gymnast Simone Biles sparked a reaction from fans of her husband’s team, the Green Bay Packers.

The one who won seven Olympic medals, including four gold, was in Wisconsin this weekend. She went to encourage Jonathan Owens, her lover, during the match against the Minnesota Vikings. She wore a hoodie on the sidelines at Lambeau Field.

“I’m not made for the cold,” Biles wrote on her X account (formerly Twitter) last Monday.

His tweet sparked more than 700 comments, including several from Wisconsin residents who gave him some advice for the much colder weather ahead.

Heaven Daniels, wife of former Packers defensive back Mike Daniels, gave one of the best recommendations: hiring a “friendly local deer hunter.”

“Hunters are the ones who prepared me for game days, my friend,” Daniels wrote. Heated insoles, snow pants/suit, down jacket, pad on Styrofoam or cardboard, Baileys [liqueur de crème irlandaise] and hot chocolate. […] You can do it!”

Biles and Owens have been together for several years and married last April. They met when the footballer wore the colors of the Houston Texans. The gymnast was born and lives in Texas. Owens moved to Green Bay for the job after signing a one-year deal with the Packers in May.
