The Gaza Health Ministry has estimated the death toll from Israeli bombings in the Gaza Strip at more than 9,700 in retaliation for attacks by the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) on October 7 on Israeli territory. According to the ministry, 243 people died in at least 24 attacks in the last 24 hours. More than 4,800 children are among those killed in the Israeli bombings, while at least 2,260 people are missing. Likewise, he stated that more than 24,000 people have been injured since October 7 last year. Their new report also said 175 health workers died as a result of the bombings.
