The victim claims Mozingo kidnapped her after offering to take her home.
According to Ohio police, Chloe Jones was kidnapped by Mozingo and held captive for four days.
According to police, she was also allegedly beaten with a baseball bat.
Shortly after her rescue, the woman, in poor condition, asked the police to offer her water.
Chloe Jones agreed to broadcast the images of the police operation to raise awareness.
This is not William Mozingo’s first kidnapping, as he was accused of kidnapping McKenzie Maston in Ohio in 2017.
The suspect was released after serving an 18-month prison sentence.
