Available November 2nd, All the Light We Cannot See is a four-episode miniseries (in our opinion), adapted from Anthony Doerr’s Pulitzer Prize-winning film of the same name. Hugh Laurie (Dr. House), Mark Ruffalo (Hulk) and even Louis Hofmann (the star of Dark) face Aria Mia Loberti, a beginner actress who is nevertheless very fair. She plays Marie-Laure LeBlanc, a young French woman who lived in Saint-Malo during the liberation. With back and forth trips back in time, we follow his story from his childhood in Paris to his life in the Brittany coastal town.
All the Light We Can See: Where was the Netflix series filmed?
Although the series is primarily set in the French cities of Paris and Saint Malo, it was filmed in three different locations. The location for filming was primarily the city of Saint Malo, which was more than 85% destroyed in the bombing at the end of the war.
