Meri Brown Slams Kody for Alienation: “Fuck Him, He’s Not Worth It” – TooFab

The more Sister wives Star Meri Brown reflects on her strained relationship with her husband Kody Brownthe more upset she becomes.

The two married in 1990 but divorced in 2014 so Kody could legally marry Robyn. Although they remained spiritually married, there was a breakup in recent years – made worse when Meri admitted in 2015 to being in a relationship with someone she thought was a man but turned out to be a woman. Since then, her marriage to Kody has been pretty platonic.

Last week, She claimed this on her anniversary, he made it clear that “nothing romantic would ever happen between them again” and that their marriage was “over.” Sunday’s new episode was filmed a few months after that dinner and it doesn’t look like Kody has changed his mind since then.

“The last few months I’ve just been processing a lot, thinking and trying to figure things out,” Meri explained. “Kody basically told me that he would never have a relationship with me and basically had no hope of it because it would never happen.”

She found it “just sad” Kody saw no “value” in the “three decades of history” they shared as a couple, adding that she doesn’t know “what the couple’s future is going to look like going forward.” Meri still wasn’t sure if she wanted to continue in a platonic role with Kody, Robyn and their children, even though there was “no reason to hope” things could get romantic again.

“Fuck him, he’s not worth it,” Meri said in a confessional. “It’s scary to think about [splitting for good]. It’s really. Because it’s not what I wanted. I didn’t want him to come to me [and say]“I really never want to be in a relationship with you again”…and yet here we are.”

Kody and Meri announced in a joint statement back in January that they had “finally ended” their “marital relationship.” These episodes were filmed in the spring and summer of 2022, so it seems we still have a long way to go before Meri makes that decision.

Elsewhere in the episode, Meri also reflected on her catfishing scandal and talked about how she met a gay interior designer named Blair online to help her with her business. “We initially met online, but eventually met in person,” she shared, adding that they initially “spoke cautiously” due to their past.

“Of course there are so many people who portray themselves as someone different than who they really are,” she said with a laugh. “So you have to be very careful with people you meet online.”

“So a few years ago I got ripped off by a big fat liar. The whole story was completely exaggerated and so much nonsense was made up about it,” she added of her previous situation without going into details. “And it’s still hard for me to talk about it just because everyone has their opinion on it. But I know my truth. Even in our family, some of our own family have their own opinions about it.”

However, she learned something from the experience: While she talks to people about business online “all the time,” one of Meri’s requirements for continued contact is a video chat – to “make sure it’s a reputable person.”
