The couple met while competing on Strictly Come Dancing in 2018 and won the show. A few months later, their romance came to light.
The 36-year-old presenter, who welcomed daughter Minnie with the 41-year-old dancer in January, has now sparked speculation about a secret wedding.
During the episode, host Simon said: “We’re halfway through the 2023 Strictly Come Dancing season. So what better time to revisit my conversation with former Glitterball champion and all-time favorite Kevin Cliffton?”
“Kev is a nice guy and I have two extracts from our chat here… The second is about his experiences on Strictly, where he came runner-up several times before winning with his now wife Stacey Dooley.”

Stacey recently revealed that marrying boyfriend Kevin “isn’t particularly important to her.”
The presenter will share insight into her family life in a one-off special of her series Stacey Sleeps Over, showing fans the challenges she and Kevin faced while adapting to parenthood.
And in a candid new interview, Stacey has admitted that motherhood is her “hardest job ever” and that she and Kevin have ruled out having another baby for now as they can’t cope with being parents.
Stacey told The Sun that she was in less of a rush to marry Kevin as he has already been married and divorced three times.
Stacey said: “Marriage was never particularly important to me.” Plus, it’s well documented that Kev has done it a few times.
“So, that’s something you have to keep in mind when you walk down the aisle and say, ‘Hi everyone, I know what you’re all thinking.’ It was just never something I dreamed of. But I couldn’t have done it (motherhood) without Kev.’
In the raw documentary, Stacey ponders whether she would like to have another child while also dealing with the challenges of raising a newborn, including raging hormones and lack of sleep.

Adjusting to parenthood has led to some tense moments between Stacey and Kevin, which viewers will see in the documentary.
Stacey had previously reflected on being childless at 35 while living as a nun for the BBC film Inside The Convent, causing an emotional breakdown among the other sisters.
And while she and Kevin met on the Strictly dancefloor, Stacey admitted her partner is less interested in their daughter following in his footsteps.
