Le Capitole on Monday became the sixth hotel in Quebec to receive Four Diamond certification from the CAA-AAA.
Opened in 2019, the hotel is one of the few hotels, alongside Le Château Frontenac and Auberge Saint-Antoine, that can boast of having received this seal of approval from the Canadian Automobile Association (CAA) and the American Automobile Association (AAA).

The CAA-AAA Four Diamond Awards are strictly awarded. Each additional diamond is obtained by, among other things, the comfort of the facilities, the cleanliness of the premises, the view of the grounds, the bathrooms and even the proper functioning of the pen offered as a gift.
“Knowing that only 3.2% of the approximately 60,000 establishments listed in North America earn the Four Diamond designation, we understand that being part of this award is a tremendous recognition,” said Paul A. Pelletier, President and CEO of CAA-Quebec.
