WWE RAW Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania
The commentators are Michael Cole and Wade Barrett.
– Tonight is WWE RAW, the red show begins with a video of the events at Crown Jewel last Saturday (show recap here).
Then the commentators greet us and World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins enters the ring. Rollins welcomes us to Monday Night Rollins. Rollins says he is a visionary, a revolutionary, he is Seth Rollins and he is still our world champion. Normally he comes here and talks about himself, but tonight he wants to talk about two other people, two people he has to thank. He would like to thank Drew McIntyre. The two had a battle on Saturday at Crown Jewel and that’s why he’s not at 100% tonight. He wants to praise McIntyre for sticking to his word and not aligning himself with Judgment Day. But then Damian Priest tried to cash in his briefcase and would like to thank Sami Zayn. Sami Zayn enters the ring.
Rollins says he expected to see Sami with the briefcase, but assumes Adam Pearce forced Sami to give him the briefcase back when he arrived at the venue tonight? Sami says that’s exactly what happened. Rollins says he was in bad shape on Saturday, maybe he could have fought Priest, maybe he couldn’t, so he just wanted to thank Sami. Since Saturday he has been wondering how he can return the favor. Sami says he’s glad to have helped him and to see that Rollins likes him, but that’s not why he did it. He did it because Judgment Day has been looming for him for months. The clan that manages to win all titles except the WWE World Title. If Priest manages to win the world title, it will no longer be Judgment Day, but Bloodline 2.0. He meant it when he said it last week: As long as he can breathe, he will fight Judgment Day to stop them from being in charge.
Rollins says he loves Sami for this reason. Sami always fights for his faith, even when he is alone against 100. But sometimes people like Sami don’t get what they deserve in life. Judgment Day doesn’t run in RAW format; The MITB briefcase isn’t the only way to have a chance at your title. He knew Pearce had asked him for the briefcase because he went to Pearce right after Sami gave him the briefcase. Sami deserves a world championship fight. The match awaits him, Sami just has to decide when. Sami says he is surprised. He knows how difficult it is to get a title shot in WWE. One day he will win the title, but he wants to do it with a 100 percent champion. Rollins says people like him and Sami are never 100% after all these years. But that doesn’t stop her from fighting 100%. So Sami has a championship game, he just has to say when he wants. Sami says he can’t imagine a better place than here tonight! Rollins and Sami shake hands.
– Behind the scenes, Judgment Day talks together. Dominik Mysterio says he can watch Logan Paul beat his father over and over again. But seeing mom win was even better. Damian Priest says he was forced to seek out Adam Pearce to find his briefcase and the thief wins a title fight. The priest says he will take care of it. He and Balor will embrace the new day and do everything right.
