The event will screen the entire 47 minutes of uncensored footage titled “Witness to the October 7th Massacre.” The clip was reportedly collected by the IDF and shown to British journalists in London last week.

The Jewish Chronicle reported that around 120 prominent Hollywood figures were invited to the first screening organized by Gal. According to YNet, further screenings could be planned. Filming and making phone calls is strictly prohibited during the event.

Oscar-winning director Guy Nattiv is believed to have led the effort to bring the film to the United States. According to Newsweek, he previously said that “Gal Gadot and her husband Yaron Varsano helped make this possible.” The screening date and guest list have not been announced.

Hamas militants entered Israeli cities and fired rockets, reportedly resulting in the deaths of hundreds of innocent people on October 7. In a televised address at the time, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu described the attack as “murderous.”

Perhaps the worst attack occurred at a music festival in Israel. The party was thrown into chaos when the terrorists attacked the compound, killing at least 260 people and kidnapping many more. Thousands of people attended the party near Kibbutz Re’im, near Gaza. Palestinian gunmen attacked the compound and shot people trying to escape.

Quds News Network broke the news about Gal’s screening on X, after which users flooded the comments section and criticized the actress. “Oh her career is so over,” one user said. “Boycott any celebrity who goes to this screening. Every single one of them,” one user said, while another wrote, “And that’s why I never saw anything involving this IDF reserve soldier.”

“One of my favorite actresses is becoming one of my hated actresses,” one user wrote. Another said: “Not so Wonder Woman-ish after all.” “Please don’t let her get away with it,” one user said.
