Monday night, the Marvel star announced the news of his recovery on Instagram, 10 months after he was involved in a snowplow accident last January. “Since January 14th I have been exploring ALL types of therapy…every day,” he wrote. Countless hours of physical therapy, peptide injections, intravenous infusions and pushes, stem cells and exosomes, red light/IR therapy, hyperbaric chamber 2.0, cold diving and the list goes on…”

The 52-year-old star later told fans that her “spirit” had been her “biggest therapy.” “My biggest therapy has been my mind and the willingness to be there and push to get better and be better…Be exceptional…” the Hawkeye star explained. “I think it’s my duty to do it. To not waste my spared life and to give something back to my family, friends and all of you who gave me the strength to carry on. »

On January 1st, Jeremy Renner was run over by his snowplow, causing more than 30 fractures to his body and a collapsed lung. The actor underwent surgeries that included reconstructing his chest and eye socket using metal plates and screws. He has been recovering since then.

His post came shortly after he announced the release of a new music project called Love and Titanium, a collection of songs that mark the stages of his recovery from his accident.
