João Gustavo, brother of Marília Mendonça (19952021), spoke out after comedian Giovana Fagundes made a joke about the death of the country girl who died in a plane crash. “Do we have the female version of Nego Di?” said the musician this Wednesday (8).

The controversy began after Giovana made a joke about the singer’s death. Before boarding a small plane, the comedian said goodbye to her followers on social media in a mocking tone.
In a video circulating on the Internet, the young woman made fun of the fact that she was traveling on a similar plane to the artist when she lost her life. “A plane is going to leave here, there is a helicopter deal. Look at the size of the plane they said I was going to board,” he said.
