The election campaign in the Indian states is in full swing

Elections in these states will be held on November 17 and their results will be announced on December 3, just like elections in Mizoram and the first phase in Chhattisgarh, which will be held on Tuesday.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been in Madhya Pradesh for three days to encourage supporters of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), and key Indian National Congress (Congress) leaders Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi are also making appearances, according to All News India Radio had presentations in several districts of this area.

Senior BJP leader and Home Minister Amit Shah and Bahujan Samaj president Mayawati are touring the state where voting on 20 assembly seats was held amid tight security on Tuesday.

On this day, the fate of 174 candidates contesting for 40 parliamentary seats, representing the ruling Mizo National Front, the Indian National Congress, the Zoram People’s Movement, the BJP and the Aam Aadmi Party and 27 independents, was decided in Mizoram.

After the elections in Madhya Pradesh and the second phase in Chhattisgarh on November 17, elections in Rajasthan remain on the 25th and in Telangana on the 30th.
