Compatriot Thiago Servo, who became famous as a duo with Thaeme, filed a claim for damages after the court found that he is not the father of the girl to whom he had already paid more than R$ 1 million in maintenance.
The information was published on social media on Friday (10) by the musician’s lawyer, Otávio Gomes Figueiró. Thiago was arrested in 2016 for owing R$500,000 in pension to the girl’s mother.
“Many people came to ask me about the claim for damages that Thiago Servo is bringing against the mother of a daughter who is not his. It took seven years of battle and litigation one after the other. Thiago was wrongfully arrested because of this,” he told Octavio.
“He paid more than R$ 1 million in pension and today we are filing a claim for damages to reimburse Thiago for what was taken from him. Not only what he paid in pension, but also the moral and material damage,” he explained.
The lawyer explained that the compatriot had “spent seven years with one arrest warrant after another, without being able to work, without being able to perform.” “Justice takes time, but it never fails, and we will enforce Thiago’s rights,” he added.

According to columnist Felipeh Campos, from Recordthe child’s mother allegedly missed the exam three times and the judge in that case subsequently ordered the singer’s name to be removed from the birth certificate.
In 2023, Thiago was champion of the reality show A Grande Conquista Record. He even said that he would not give up the prize to pay off debts to the courts. At that time, the reward was confiscated by the authorities.
“My lawyers decide it will be another victory that I will win in court. God doesn’t give a prize that I take away later,” said the musician while participating in the Selfie Service program on YouTube.
