Ultras and insults to Sánchez at the rally in front of the PSOE headquarters in Ferraz
The demonstrators currently concentrated in front of the PSOE headquarters on Ferraz Street in Madrid distribute the square in the same way as in the nine previous nights of protests: most ultras, loudly, with Franco symbols or Vox flags, in the first rows, next to the police fence. In rather backward positions, with a calm character and red and white (not ultra) symbols, families who are against the amnesty but do not want to take part in the most radical discourses. Every time the police helicopter appears, whistles and shouts of “Get out, get out” are heard.
Compared to what was seen at the Puerta del Sol rally, there is no trace of European or PP flags in Ferraz. In the first rows you can only see red and yellow flags, from Vox or Revuelta. The average age is lower and the songs are more radical. Two different mobilizations in terms of content and form.
In addition, chants with the usual insults to the incumbent Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez and the political left can be heard, such as “Puto rojo el que no bate es”, “Pedro Sánchez, son of a bitch”, “Madrid will be the grave of Sanchismo”, “We will burn down this brothel”, “Socialist Party, neither workers nor Spaniards”, “All against the pardon”.
In the area set up for media next to the police, there is less press than in previous days. Unlike other days, journalists do not wear helmets, but wear orange vests to distinguish themselves.
