Radio-Canada honored six times Saturday night at the Judith Jasmin Awards ceremony at the annual convention of the Quebec Professional Association of Journalists (FPJQ), held in Saint-Sauveur in the Laurentians.

The price Homage to Judith-Jasmin was given to the journalist Marie-José Turcotte.

Marie-José Turcotte took part in the coverage of the Olympic Games 17 times, including 15 times as a presenter.

Gaétan Pouliot’s investigation into Neptune Security Services is impressive for the scope of his research and the amount of resources used to uncover the CEO’s fraudulent maneuvers, such as using the hidden camera twice to prove that he was using two identities.

The FPJQ emphasizes that following this report, the Public Procurement Authority (AMP) excluded the company in question from public contracts for five years.

In the Investigation categoryThe journalist Chantal Lavigne and the director Gil Shochat were honored for the report “The Dirty Secrets of Recycling” (New Window), broadcast on Enquête in February 2022.

Sarah Champagne wins the Judith-Jasmin Grand Prix
