The actress Ísis Freitas died this Sunday (12) at the age of 22. The message was communicated on the artist’s own social network. She was at the beginning of her career as a model and commercial actress and had around 3,000 followers on Instagram. According to the F5 portal, Ísis underwent several tests, including for the next TV Globo soap opera “A Vovó Sumiu”.
“Hello, I come to announce the death of Ísis Freitas. We will inform you later about the wake and burial,” the statement said. The press office published the following statement to gshow: “On behalf of LMA and the entire team, we regret the death of the actress and companion Ísis Freitas.” The reason has not yet been confirmed, at the moment it is speculation. We don’t feel comfortable disturbing mother and family as it is a very sensitive moment. What we can say is that she was an only child, an enlightened, talented and funloving girl. We are very sad and shocked by the news.”

As mentioned in the note, the cause of Isis’s death is not yet known. According to iG Gente journalist Gabriel Perline, she was hospitalized in serious condition after being diagnosed with tuberculosis. However, this information was not confirmed by either the actress’s family or advisers. The funeral took place early in the afternoon of this Monday (13) at the São Francisco Xavier Cemetery, in Caju, Rio de Janeiro.
Larissa Manoela was a friend of the artist and mourned the loss in a post on her social media. “Still shocked about your departure. Young girl, very sweet, talented and loving. Rest in peace, Isis! My condolences go out to the entire family,” she wrote.
