American actor Matt LeBlanc on Tuesday paid a moving tribute to Matthew Perry, who was found dead in his home several weeks ago.

In the caption of a series of photos from episodes of the sitcom “Friends,” the actor expressed his sadness over the loss of his friend and former colleague.

“It is with a heavy heart that I say goodbye to you. The times we spent together are honestly the best times of my life,” he wrote in an Instagram post.
“It was an honor to share the stage with you and to call you my friend. I will always have a smile on my face when I think of you and I will never forget you. Never. Spread your wings and fly, my brother, you are finally free. I guess you kept the $20 you owe me…”
Matthew Perry, 54, was found dead in his hot tub on Oct. 28. A forensic medical investigation has been launched to determine the exact circumstances of the death.
