Pamela Anderson looked youthful as she posed at her seaside home on Vancouver Island for a photo shared on Instagram on Sunday.
The 56-year-old Baywatch star, who recently revealed going makeup-free was “very liberating,” had a happy smile on her face as she sat in the front room of The Roadhouse on the Ladysmith property.
In the caption, the model wrote to her 3 million fans: “I feel most comfortable – with my animals, on the sea with a light gentleness… reading, writing and dreaming…”
The actress wore a flowy white summer dress held up by thick straps that wrapped around her shoulders.
She sat on a round stool, knees pulled up to her chest, pausing for an impromptu photo session.
Her blonde tresses were parted in the middle and effortlessly cascaded naturally over her shoulders.
Pamela sat on a rectangular white island with two stools in front of it. The walls, ceiling and exposed beams have all been painted in a cream color to give the room a warm feel.
Natural light streamed through the windows, while the flooring was a mix of wood and black and white tiles, creating a unique feel.
Various pictures were framed in wooden frames and hung on the walls, creating a rustic atmosphere.
According to the Vancouver Sun, the Ladysmith property was originally purchased by her grandparents in the 1950s. There is also a cabin on the six-acre property where Anderson grew up.
Last year, she told the outlet, “I think I was really spoiled.” Growing up on the beach, you just expect it every morning. They await these mornings.’
The beauty later said: “Sometimes I just sit around and ask myself, ‘How did I get here?’ What happened?” I just left here, traveled around the world and came back somewhat unscathed. “I came back safely, which is a miracle.”
Pamela continued, “I always knew I would come back here. “I always knew that if I had this place, I would keep a little of my mind and a little of my feet on the ground.”

The former Playboy model had purchased the family property around 30 years earlier, but officially returned to the home in 2019, according to the publication.
In addition to The Roadhouse – the main residence – and The Cabin, the property also features a vegetable and rose garden, a long pier and a spacious veranda.
The house was also featured in the Hulu series “Pamela’s Garden of Eden.”
The premise follows the star “as she leaves her Hollywood life behind, returns to her roots on the shores of Vancouver Island and begins a major restoration of her grandmother’s legacy,” according to an official synopsis.
Season two wrapped up last month in October and the actress also helped her sons Brandon, 27, and Dylan, 25, renovate their newly purchased home in sunny Los Angeles.
Pamela notably shares her two children with her ex-husband Tommy Lee.
Speaking to Today about the series earlier this month, she explained: “When I got home I thought, ‘I’m going to rewrite my life and start with this property.’ And it became like an art project. It really took my heart and soul.’

However, the property didn’t always bring back fond memories for the actress, leading her to leave Ladysmith when she was 17.
In her recent memoir, Love, Pamela, she opens up about the abuse she suffered during her childhood.
“I think it takes a very brave person to return home,” Pamela explained. “I don’t know if you want to call it a crime scene, but I wanted to go home and start over.”
Anderson also told Today, “I was really happy to spend this year all alone with my dogs, my vegetables, the trees and the ocean.”
However, she added, “And as lonely as it has been at times, it’s a good kind of loneliness and it’s something that’s made me stronger, too.”
A few months earlier, Pamela came into the spotlight when she attended Paris Fashion Week and opted for a natural, no-makeup look.

“I don’t wear makeup at home, so why not go to Paris Fashion Week?” she told People earlier this month. “I really didn’t know anyone would notice, but I’m glad it turned into a positive message.”
The beauty also commented on getting older and explained her point of view. “I call it living, not aging.”
“The hunt for youth is futile. “All we can do is embrace who we are in the moment we are in and be okay with where our feet are.”
Pamela added: “I don’t have to be cool anymore.” I can just be myself. “It’s very liberating to feel comfortable in your own skin.”
