The start of the winter season has been brought forward in this ski area.
It’s still quite mild in the valley, but the mountain peaks are already white. Reason enough to open the doors of the country’s first ski resort. On Friday the Hochjoch in the Silvretta Montafon ski area opens the Grasjoch and the Hochalpilabahn, and on Saturday the Fredabahn also operates. A ticket for the next weekend costs 46 euros per adult.
The remaining Hochjoch and Nova elevators will come into regular operation on December 1st and 2nd respectively. Winter begins at Ski Arlberg on December 1st.
