Zooey Deschanel brought her signature retro glamor to a special screening of “Trolls Band Together” at the TCL Chinese Theater in Hollywood on Wednesday.
The 43-year-old Emmy nominee looked stunning in a sparkling floral dress along with a silver clutch and Mary Jane heels, chosen by stylist Ib Abdel Nasser.
Zooey’s belted pencil dress featured shades of silver, fuchsia and blue, which she accessorized with matching fuchsia earrings and a statement ring.
Deschanel gave her raven-fringed mane more ’60s-style volume with a teased top piece that was accented with silver barrettes.
The Los Angeles native expressed her baby blues with false eyelashes, defined brows, pink cheeks, and a bright pink pout.

Zooey reprized her voice role as former kitchen maid Bridget in Walt Dohrn’s animated threesome, which finally hits US theaters this Friday.
“I’m so excited and overjoyed to be able to play Bridget again.” She’s one of my favorite characters I’ve ever had the pleasure of playing, definitely one of the top three, if not number one. I’m really happy to be back!’ Deschanel gushed.
“Bridget is getting married. She is captured. She creates peace between sisters. There are a lot of things in this new film that Bridget can help with. Bridget is getting married and Poppy is planning the wedding, so it has to be the funniest, most amazing wedding in the world.
“It feels great to bring Trolls back to audiences. “I’m really excited every time I come in and take on this character. I just love working on these films, I’m so happy! “This is the best Trolls movie ever made.”
Missing from the “Physical” actress’ side were her fiancé of three months – Property Brothers producer and star Jonathan Scott – as well as her daughter Elsie Otter, 8; and son Charlie Wolf, 6; (with ex-husband #2 Jacob Pechenik).
“Our family is very deep-rooted and very mixed,” Zooey gushed to People last month.
“We were just basking in engaged bliss and not really figuring anything out.” [for our wedding yet]. We love throwing a party!’
Deschanel met the 45-year-old, originally from Canada, while filming an episode of Carpool Karaoke: The Series in 2019, and he popped the question on August 14 in Edinburgh, Scotland.

In the group shot, Deschanel stood right next to her co-stars Anna Kendrick and Camila Cabello.
Wearing a strapless blue mini dress with a draped peplum and black Louboutin slingback shoes selected by stylist Jordan Johnson Chung, Anna added curves to her petite 5’10” frame.
The 38-year-old Oscar nominee proudly posed with a life-size version of her Trolls character Queen Poppy.
Camila – who voices Poppy’s long-lost sister Viva – took the plunge in a backless blue patterned dress and black stilettos, chosen by styling duo Rob Zangardi + Mariel Haenn.
Justin Timberlake, who faced significant backlash after his ex Britney Spears’ all-rounder “The Women In Me,” leaned on the support of his former bandmates – Lance Bass, JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick and Joey Fatone.
The 42-year-old pop star – who reprises his role as Branch – also walked the purple carpet with his wife of 11 years, Jessica Biel, wearing a silver sequin miniskirt.
