Ariana Madix revealed that she “wouldn’t be surprised” if “Vanderpump Rules” fans turned against her when the show’s new season airs in January.
The 38-year-old reality TV star, a fan favorite following last season’s cheating scandal involving his 40-year-old boyfriend Tom Sandoval, is prepared for a turnaround.
“Mark my words, this season everyone will hate Ariana and develop a soft spot for Tom,” one person commented under the explosive trailer for the new season, which E! shared. News on Instagram.
That prompted Madix to respond, “I certainly wouldn’t be surprised if the audience swayed like that.”
Although Ariana was prepared for her fans to turn heads, she appeared to be in good spirits on Wednesday as she was photographed leaving Dancing With The Stars rehearsals.

The star, who is currently competing for the mirror ball in the dance competition’s 32nd season, wore a black crew-neck sweater and red athletic leggings for the appearance.
She wore her blonde curls pulled back into a bun and held a large cup of iced coffee in her hand.
She completed her look with gray mules and carried a white tote bag over her shoulder.
The season 32 finale of Dancing With The Stars is currently scheduled to air on December 5th.
Meanwhile, Bravo released the new trailer for Vanderpump Rules season 11 in early November.
In the clip, Ariana has a tense confrontation with Sandoval as she accuses him of trying to “kill” her dog.
“Ruin my life, my home, and then try to kill my damn dog, my lawyer will take care of you,” Madix says, raising his voice as he speaks to Sandoval.
Meanwhile, 63-year-old Lisa Vanderpump described Sandoval’s predicament in another scene: “Losing his best friend, his business going down the drain, everything going wrong in his life.”
Last season, Sandoval’s affair with Madix’s girlfriend Raquel Leviss, 29, was revealed, marking the end of their nine-year relationship and prompting Raquel to leave the show.

The trailer opens with the ominous line: “What a difference a scandal makes,” in reference to Scandoval – the nickname given to the affair by fans of the series.
It continues: “Be committed to picking up the pieces.”
At the start of the clip, the cast – including Sandoval, Madix, Katie Maloney, Scheana Shay and James Kennedy – are pictured on the beach as Kennedy draws a line in the sand with his foot and says, “This is Ariana’s side.” Sanodval- Side over there.’
“Don’t cross the border!” He states.
Later, Sandoval says “I’m out” as he leaves the beach as Ariana laughs.
The scene follows Tom during some sort of therapy, with headphones covering his ears and an eye mask on, while a therapist holds a hand over his chest as Sandoval screams.
This is followed by a hug between Scheana and Tom, with a voiceover from Katie saying: “If you want to be friends with him, she’ll cut you off, so think about your next move very carefully.”
Meanwhile, Ariana is seen very distressed as she sits in a restaurant booth. It’s unclear what she’s upset about, but she appears to be on the verge of tears.
Ariana then confronts Sandoval about her dog while sitting next to Lala in her kitchen as he looks on in confusion.
The new season of Vanderpump Rules will officially premiere in January 2024.
Madix previously admitted it was “weird” filming season 11, which ended in September.
‘It was different. “It’s been difficult and I’m glad it’s behind me,” she said at BravoCon, adding, “The last year has shown me that I can do hard things.”

Madix was joined at BravoCon 2023 by Sandoval, Lisa Vanderpump, Tom Schwartz, Katie Maloney, Lala Kent, Scheana Shay and Brock Davies.
Meanwhile, Leviss didn’t even have the opportunity to decline an invitation to the Vanderpump Rules panel because she wasn’t invited – after she left the show in the wake of the Scandoval affair.
TMZ reports that the former beauty queen is not speaking to any of the cast, including Sandoval.
Since she did not take part in the current season, which premieres in January, it is not expected that she will be asked back for future seasons.
