The 33-year-old Coronation Street star and the 35-year-old TV personality caused a stir as they dressed to the nines for the glitzy event at Emirates Old Trafford.
Helen put on a very busty appearance in a figure-hugging leopard print mini dress, which she teamed with a pair of black pointed-toe heels.
She let her daring outfit do the talking, kept her accessories to a minimum and turned heads in front of the cameras.
Meanwhile, Christine – Paddy McGuinness’s ex-wife – showed off her toned bobby pins in a sparkling silver beaded dress with a daring slit.

Stars including Coleen and Wayne Rooney as well as Love Island’s Gemma Owen, Kady McDermott and Olivia Bowen were also in attendance.
Helen’s latest outing came after she was cruelly mother-shamed by Instagram trolls as she shared a slew of very raunchy snaps on Thursday.
She proudly showed off her stunning curves in a black and red lace and floral co-ord set by Ann Summers.
She highlighted her stunning body with a pair of black lace stockings and posed in a series of suggestive poses for the camera while holding a glass.

Although many fans were quick to compliment her on her stunning looks, others cruelly claimed that her racy snaps weren’t appropriate for a mother.
Helen – who shares children Matilda, eight, Delilah, five, and Charlie, two, with her ex-football partner Scott Sinclair – has often been the victim of online mum-shamers.
Helen has passionately defended herself against the trolls, saying she sees her stunning photos as “women empowerment”.
Speaking to The Sun at the Pride of Britain Awards in early October, she said: “It’s because I like to dress sexy, it’s silly.”

“I’m a huge supporter of women’s empowerment.” “I like it when women feel confident and I think women should celebrate themselves.”
Earlier this year, Helen proudly revealed the results of her boob job after she went under the knife to “be more confident” after breastfeeding her children.
Of the procedure, she said, “Do you know what I really needed?” I breastfed for three years. In fact, I basically spent my entire twenties at home.
“I never dated and spent my entire twenties being pregnant and breastfeeding. “I did this from 24 to 30, so now I want to have fun.”
