Braunwyn Windham-Burke has finalized her divorce and is ready to move on to the next chapter in her life.
The 45-year-old reality star, who plans to marry her fiancée Jennifer Spinner, 39, finalized her separation from her former husband Sean Burke on Friday, ending their 23-year marriage.
The agreement gives the Real Housewives of Orange County alum the $11,000 per month she wanted.
The payments include $5,000 per month in spousal support and $6,000 per month in child support for their five younger children: Jacob, 17; 10-year-old twins Caden and Curren; Koa, eight; and Hazel, five.
The former couple will share custody 50/50.

Braunwyn and Sean also have adult children Bella, 23, and Rowan, 21.
The socialite and her fiancé will be moving out of the home they shared with Sean in Tennessee and into their own apartment.
“We moved here never really expecting Sean to move in with us, but we tried the whole bird’s nest thing and it just doesn’t work,” Braunwyn told People.
“So Jen and I are moving into our own home in December, and the kids will be moving back and forth. It’s within walking distance, so it’s just better for everyone involved.”
The former Bravolebrity has already changed her name to Braunwyn Windham-Spinner on social media.
She and Jennifer were on holiday in Germany and the former housewife shared a photo of the two of them at one of the country’s famous Christmas markets and wrote: “Cheers to the first day of the rest of our lives❤️ I feel like I can finally do it again breathe.’
It was a sentiment she echoed to People, telling the outlet: “Today feels like the first day of the rest of my life.”
“You know, you spend your whole life with everyone telling you what you have to do to be happy.” And there comes a certain point where you say, “No, actually – that’s what I want to do. I will live for myself.”

New Names: Although they are not married yet, both Braunwyn and Jennifer have changed their last names to Windham-Spinner. The former RHOC star shared a photo of her fiancé on social media and declared she was “officially mine.”

The Californian beauty shared a photo of Jennifer, who also changed her last name to Windham-Spinner, on Instagram Stories with the caption “Officially mine” and tagged her love, whose Instagram handle is Hashtag_Blessshed.
Braunwyn, who joined RHOC in season 14, admitted at the start of season 15 that she had a drinking problem.

She has since gotten sober and revealed in an essay for Glamor that she did not drink alcohol while pregnant with any of her seven children.
In December 2020, she came out as a lesbian.
As she and Jennifer make plans to tie the knot, the bride-to-be explained, “Now I can finally actually walk down the aisle.”
