Rio MC Daniel, 25 years old, was involved in a fight while leaving a Temakeria in São Paulo on Saturday evening. In videos shared on Instagram Stories in the early hours of this Sunday, the singer explained that the confusion began after a boy’s girlfriend asked for a photo with him. The man then didn’t like it and called the artist a “jerk”. Moments later they came out with a slap.

“Hello, my family, I’m just going to explain myself, okay? As you know because I saw a lot of people recording there and I know it’s going to go viral somehow I’m already explaining it to you so you don’t get it wrong. “I am no longer a fighter, it has been a long time since I stopped fighting, I am explosive, I have controlled myself, but there are times when people cross the line and every action causes a reaction,” he began.
“I went to eat temaki with my partners and there was a playboy, his wife came to take a photo with me and he shouted from the distance: ‘Do you want to take a photo with that idiot there?’ I took photos with lots of people. I said, “What did you say, partner?” He left his table, came to me and I said, ‘What did you say?’ I didn’t understand you, brother.’ Then he told me to go there, he wanted to headbutt me and grabbed my hand,” he said.
“I don’t support fighting, but unfortunately there are people who deserve it. He was uncomfortable because his wife came to take a photo with me, I don’t know why. And every action triggers a reaction… If you want to entertain yourself, leave the chaos alone, that’s us. I explain myself to make everything clear that it was he who caused the chaos, he was the one who got upset, he was the one who cursed me, he was the one who came to me and attacked me first . “Are you connected?” he emphasized.
Finally, MC Daniel reiterated that he doesn’t like fighting. “And this is it, just to be clear: I don’t like it, I’m not a fighting guy, I’m not an explosive guy for a long time, okay? I don’t support this kind of parade.” …Kiss on the heart, I’m home, I’m at peace. And it’s us, we’re together.”
Before the confusion, MC Daniel was at the Festival da Mari in São Paulo with 37yearold Yasmin Brunet. Although they didn’t publicly announce their relationship, the two arrived at the venue hand in hand.
