Wolf alleges Tyrese caused damage throughout the property by altering electrical panels, installing non-compliant electrical outlets, painting a marble fireplace a shiny gold metallic color, closing doors and windows and causing damage to the HVAC units .

TMZ obtained a video of Tyrese showing some of the changes inside the home… He says he blocked some doors and windows for privacy reasons and claims the materials he used are not connected to the home’s existing structures and all changes are only temporary.

The property manager says Tyrese told them there were no permanent changes to the home… but they insist the changes were anything but temporary and definitely caused damage to the property.

Additionally, the property manager claims Tyrese tried to get the homeowner’s gardener to remove 22 banana trees on the property…and when the gardener refused, Tyrese tried to hire another company…but was from the property management was prevented from doing so.
