Brazil has been shaken in recent days after news of the attack on Ana Hickmann emerged. After she denounced her husband Alexandre Correa, many things came to light concerning the couple, especially regarding their financial life.
In this always very attentive column, it has been reported several times that Ana and Alexandre are facing several legal proceedings that almost exclusively concern debts. The most important, or perhaps most controversial, of these concerns Banco Safra.
We exclusively discovered that the bank began to despair as the reality of the couple’s life emerged (albeit not completely). This is because on November 14, Banco Safra submitted a petition to the file that is full of reprints of articles relating to the couple’s debts, the request for the seizure of assets and the number of proceedings in which they are involved.

In short and straightforward terms, it can be said that the bank is practically asking the court to no longer allow the trial to be public and to take place in court secrecy. The institution fears that the press is following the case with open eyes, thereby hindering possible negotiations with the couple.
In practice, they claim that the case meets the legal requirements ensuring judicial secrecy, and that is enough. Furthermore, they point out that the articles about the situation are biased and unreasonable. However, the bank honestly fears that by exposing the process, Ana Hickmann and Alexandre Correa could ultimately miss out on a solution to the legal problem.
To make matters worse, the process has recently received two more “notices of entry,” subpoenas. One in the name of Alexandre and the other in the name of Ana Hickmann, both at the same address. However, it appears that they no longer live there.
There is also a “Receipt Notice” for a legal entity address that was also recently searched on the 18th and added to the file, but equally it appears the company has moved.
