From the perspective of young winemaker Karl Brindlmayer junior from Wagram, 2023 will be a memorable year. In countless regional and international wine tastings, the Brindlmayer winery came out on top and there was literally a “rain of awards”. As the only Traisental company present at the prestigious international wine tasting “Mundus Vini 2023”, which took place in Neustadt an der Weinstraße, in Germany, the Grüner Veltliner Ried Bergen Brigos received the “Gold” award. This wine also obtained good results in other awards (awc vienna, state wine fair) and was also expressly recognized by specialized newspapers. The three stars of the specialized magazine “Falstaff” were confirmed in 2023. The Brindlmayer winery was also successful in the “Summer Wine 2023” wine tasting organized by the “Friends of Traisental Wine”. “For us, these successes are confirmation of our work and the development that the company has undergone”, states the young successful winemaker Karl Brindlmayer Junior in his statement.

In total, around 13 hectares of vineyards are cultivated by the committed winemaking family. An absolutely top harvest is also emerging for 2023. The first young wines have already been bottled and the remaining wines that are still maturing also indicate high quality.
