A British judge made no effort to impress upon a TikToker with dubious jokes, who specifically entered the home of a young family to get clicks, the seriousness of his situation by handing him a prison sentence.
“Your new attack was motivated by your desire to become famous. Their actions have caused significant harm and suffering to innocent members of the public. They said on national television that the law was weak. “Frankly, your pranks are not funny,” said judge Matthew Bone, according to The Independent on Tuesday.
19-year-old Bacari-Bronze O’Garro, known by the pseudonym Mizzy, went to a young offenders’ detention center after his conviction, where he will be held for a period of 18 weeks, or about four and a half months, on two counts of breaching a court order .
Only a few hours after it came into force, the young man violated the court order by publishing images of people on his platforms without their consent. A man’s young father defended himself by pointing out that a friend would have shared his outbursts in his place, even if the judge didn’t believe it.
In another video, he was also heard saying that British laws were “a joke,” according to the British newspaper.
But the judge had no reason to laugh.
“You must now understand the gravity of your situation,” he stressed when he declared him guilty in late October.
In addition to the prison sentence, the judge tightened his social media ban, adding that he would not be allowed to share videos, trade with others to share videos, or post on other people’s social networks for a period of two years.
