Actor Jamie Foxx is accused of sexual assault, the American news site TMZ reported on Thursday (22). The alleged crime would have occurred in New York in 2015.
The lawsuit accuses Foxx of sexually assaulting a woman on the roof of a bar. The text states that the actor groped her waist and breasts without the victim’s consent and also masturbated her in the vagina and anus.
The woman claims she was injured and required medical treatment following the incident. It’s also about emotional pain and fear.
She is suing Foxx, the bar (Catch NYC & Roof) and the artist’s employees, who she says saw the alleged crime but did not help her.
Foxx has not commented on the accusation.
