Father and daughter, Carlinhos Brown and Clara Buarque, celebrate their birthday this Thursday, November 23rd. Clara is the singer’s daughter with Helena Buarque de Holanda and granddaughter of Chico Buarque and Marieta Severo. The 61yearold artist from Bahia has already stated that his 25yearold daughter is one of the most beautiful gifts he has received in this life. In 2022, Carlinhos’ 60th birthday party was big. The celebration took place in Candeal, the historic neighborhood of Salvador where he was born. In the recordings, the birthday people appear alongside Danielle Barvanelle, Brown’s wife. Everyone wore white.
The celebration was also attended by other children of the artist, including musician Chico Brown, Marisa Monte’s musical partner. The place received a special decoration for the event, as Clara showed on her Instagram profile.

In 2021, Clara celebrated her 23rd birthday with a party at home, in Rio. Also in white, she celebrated with a drink, congratulations and a cake with several shells around it.

Carlinhos Brown and Clara Buarque’s birthday in 2020 was a more modest celebration than the previous ones. As the COVID19 pandemic continued, the celebration took place with restrictions. The two posted a photo to celebrate: he with a mask, she with a drink in her hand.
“I woke up happy and older. Lots of emotions here. Even more so because I shared this date with you 22 years ago. I remembered so many moments, I saw so many beautiful recordings of us that I wanted to share them all!” she wrote on her Instagram.
