Sean “Diddy” Combs was accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman on a date in 1991 and filming the attack.
The lawsuit was filed Thursday in Manhattan Supreme Court and comes just days after Combs, 54, settled similar allegations made in a lawsuit filed by his ex-girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie Ventura.
The new lawsuit, filed by Joi Dickerson-Neal, a former Syracuse University student, accuses Combs of sexually assaulting her after a dinner at Wells Restaurant in Harlem.
A spokesperson for Diddy denied the claims to The Post, calling the lawsuit a “money grab.”
The filing contains allegations that the hip-hop mogul gave her drugs that lulled her into “a physical state in which she was unable to stand or walk independently.”

It goes on to describe how he drove the alleged victim to a music studio “where she was unable to get out of the car” before taking her “to a location where he was staying to sexually abuse her.”
The complaint also alleges that Combs videotaped the sexual assault without the victim’s knowledge and that a friend of hers revealed he saw the recording days later.
When the woman asked her boyfriend how many people had seen the tape, he told her “everyone,” the complaint says.

The court document states that the alleged incident “turned the accuser’s life upside down,” causing her to drop out of college after she was hospitalized for “severe depression and suicidal thoughts,” and that she ” “Struggling with her mental health and her career advancement” was a result of the alleged assault.
The lawsuit notes that in the years following the alleged incident, the Grammy winner achieved great fame and success in his career while Dickerson “attempted to suppress his existence.”[s] She was trying to get her life back together.”
“Today, Ms. Dickerson continues to work toward her emotional health, her economic recovery, and completing her college degree. “Demanding that Combs be held accountable under the law is another step in that direction,” the court filing states.

The filing comes at the zero hour of New York’s Adult Survivors Act (ASA), which established a one-year “lookback” window starting November 24 last year, allowing adult survivors of sexual assault to sue their perpetrators, regardless of when Incident occurred.
A representative for Combs, reached by email Thursday evening, flatly denied the allegations.
“This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head. Ms. Dickerson’s 32-year-old story is fictional and not credible. Mr. Combs never attacked her and she blames companies that don’t exist. This is pure money grab and nothing more.”
