Nigel Farage’s team have called on Lorraine Kelly to apologize for “body shaming” Nigel Farage after his nude shower on I’m A Celebrity! Get me out of here.

The former politician, 59, cemented his status as one of the most controversial figures in the camp when he stripped completely naked in the famous jungle shower.

Lorraine, 63, said the scene aired on Monday was “traumatising” and further claimed she was “amazed” when she found out how old he was because she thought he was older.

Now Nigel’s team have reacted angrily to her “body shaming” comments as they broke their silence in a social media post on Friday.

On Nigel’s X/Twitter account, his team who manage his social media while he is in the jungle called on Lorraine to apologize for her comments.

Excuse me? After Lorraine spoke out about the scenes, Nigel’s team angrily hit back at her “body shaming” comments as they broke their silence in a social media post on Friday

They wrote: “Has Lorraine apologized yet for shaming Nigel Farage?” “Imagine him making those comments about her on live TV.”

On Tuesday, Lorraine opened up about Nigel’s naked shower scenes and his age during her breakfast show while chatting to former MP and TV star Edwina Currie.

Since then, Nigel has stripped naked again to take a bath. Viewers criticized ITV for airing the scenes on Thursday night and not giving it “privacy”.

After Nigel’s first naked shower on Monday, Lorraine said: “Is he only 59??!” I thought he was a lot older.

“That is amazing. Luckily you get the face you deserve. You really do.’

However, viewers said they were disappointed by her comments as many believed Lorraine wouldn’t make the same comments about a woman.

One wrote on social media: “I’m not a fan of Nigel but Lorraine, that comment was below the belt.” You would never say that about a woman #Lorraine.

Another said: “I can’t stand this man hating #lorraine. Same thing happened with Matt Hancock.” I’m handing over to #JeremyVine this morning.

Josie Gibson was left in hysterics in Monday’s episode when she was confronted with Nigel’s bare bottom just hours after meeting her.

TV star Nigel wasted no time in taking off his clothes to wash them, leaving his entire bum on display.

As she walked through the warehouse, This Morning host Josie, 38, was paused when she caught her eye on his cheeks. The former Big Brother winner told the Bush Telegraph she had “seen worse”.

Following the unexpected scenes, viewers took to X, formerly Twitter, to express their amazement after witnessing the scenes on television.

Shocked viewers shared: “There was absolutely no need to see Nigel Farage’s bum on national television.”

“I wasn’t expecting to see Nigel Farage’s cheeks when I sat down with a cup of coffee”; “In no other country would you see a politician’s ass on national television.” WHAT’; “Why did I just see Nigel Farage’s cheeks?”; “Why do I see Nigel Farage’s naked ass cheeks on my screen?”; “I can’t believe I just saw Nigel Farage’s ass.”

On Thursday, Nigel stripped naked again to take a bath and I’m A Celebrity came under fire from viewers over the scenes.

The show was met with backlash from viewers who urged bosses to “show some respect” and give the former UKIP leader some privacy rather than show him naked.

Unlike his housemates who wear swimwear when they go to the jungle shower or bathroom, the former politician decided to take off all his clothes.

Fans took to X – formerly known as Twitter – and took aim at Thursday night’s episode, asking why Nigel was given airtime while taking a bath.

One viewer asked: “So Nigel’s bum again.” So it shows he likes to stay as clean as possible. Would they film it and show it to other people, I wonder? No. ITV is pathetic.’

Others said: ‘Please stop focusing on Nigel’s bum.’ Have some respect.’

“@imacelebrity shows Nigel’s naked body in the bath again!” Will they show Nella Rose’s naked butt or Grace Dent’s naked body in the shower?

This came after some viewers theorized that it may instead have been a clever ruse on his behalf to get more airtime.

Nigel previously admitted that he would like to take part in trials in order to get 25 percent of the series’ airtime.
