Elon Musk visits Israel, meets Netanyahu amid anti-Semitism allegations: report – Fox Business

Monica Crowley and Carol Roth discuss the details behind Elon Musk’s alleged anti-Semitism controversy on “The Evening Edit.”

Billionaire Elon Musk will visit Israeli cities next week and meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in a show of solidarity amid controversy over his recent comments.

Musk is expected to visit the Gaza Strip and witness the destruction of settlements after Hamas’ brutal surprise attack on October 7 that killed 1,200 people.

According to a report by Israeli media outlet N12, the Tesla and SpaceX CEO reportedly planned to meet with Netanyahu and President Isaac Herzog to tour areas near the Gaza border.

Fox News Digital reached out to representatives for Musk and Netanyahu to confirm the news but did not immediately receive a response.

Musk will witness the devastation firsthand after terrorists in hang gliders and pickup trucks crossed the Israel-Gaza border to trigger the massacre.

Israel responded with an offensive against Hamas, and the Hamas-run Palestinian Health Ministry claims so far that nearly 13,000 civilians have been killed by Israeli military activity in Gaza.

On Friday, Israel and Hamas concluded a four-day ceasefire with the release of 24 hostages held by the terror group.

The meeting will be the second between Musk and Netanyahu in a few months. The pair met in California in September, just two weeks before the Hamas attack, where the pair discussed anti-Semitism on X.

In response to this post, Musk dismissed claims by some critics that he was anti-Semitic.

“Nothing could be further from the truth. I wish only the best for humanity and a prosperous and exciting future for all,” Musk wrote on X.

Musk has also clashed with the ADL, threatening to file a lawsuit against the organization in September, claiming the human rights organization had falsely accused him and X’s platform of spreading anti-Semitism. In several posts, he criticized the ADL’s work and claimed that the organization’s pressure on advertisers to boycott X had resulted in a decline in advertising revenue for X Corp. by 60% – a claim that industry analysts have disputed.

Earlier this week, Musk said that X Corp would give funds to hospitals in Israel and the Red Cross and Red Crescent in Gaza.

On Monday, X filed a lawsuit against Media Matters for America, claiming the media watchdog defamed the social media platform by featuring ads from major brands — including IBM and Comcast — alongside pro-Nazi posts on

Last month, Musk was criticized by Israeli officials after he announced that his internet service provider SpaceX would support humanitarian efforts in Gaza by connecting the Gaza Strip to its Starlink satellites.

Internet and telephone service were disrupted early in the war, and Israeli officials claimed that Hamas was using the connections for terrorist activities.
