Doctor Who fans praised the series’ brand new opening titles as the sci-fi series made its dramatic return on Saturday.
The new look sequence showed the Time Lord’s blue Tardis racing through space, with the stunning special effects leaving viewers “obsessed”.
Many took to social media to praise the show’s new “crazy budget” after the BBC signed a major deal with Disney+.
On X, formerly known as Twitter, one wrote: “Omg Disney plus budget coming through for the titles I’m already crying.”
With a second saying: “The title sequence!! The HOUSEHOLD had arrived!!’.

Previously, fans got a surprise look at Ncuti Gatwa and Millie Gibson as the show celebrated its 60th anniversary with an epic new trailer.
Ncuti will make his debut as the titular Time Lord in a Christmas special next month, alongside Millie, who will play Ruby Sunday, the Doctor’s companion.
The trailer featured a number of clips of all 14 Doctors, including David Tennant, who reprized the role in three 60th anniversary specials.
And the montage featured a tiny crop of a pensive Millie as Ruby, smiling briefly as the TARDIS was visible behind her.
Later in the preview, Ncuti was seen in a snowy landscape, hinting at the time travel adventures that could be on the horizon.

Fans can see Ncuti and Millie make their full debut on Christmas Day before heading off to a new series in the TARDIS in spring 2024.
Earlier in the day, David and returning showrunner Russell T Davies discussed the upcoming 60th anniversary specials in an interview on BBC Breakfast.
David said of his return: “Doctor Who, if you’re attached to it, you’re attached to it.” “I never really imagined that I could be there full-time again, even for a short time.”
While Russell gushed about his plans: “I’ve always believed that all this show needs is to be good, to be fun, to have a good cast, to be brilliant, that’s really missing from the program at the moment “I don’t dare say I’m confident, but I’m proud of what we’ve done and I hope it works.”
David also spoke about Ncuti Gatwa taking on the role of the Doctor in the upcoming 2023 Christmas special by supporting the actor.
He said: “I’ve had a little glimpse of what Ncuti can do and it’s very exciting. “He’s got so much energy, he’s inventive, he’s smart, he’s fast, he’s funny.
“It’s really exciting to have such a brilliant new Doctor coming and I’ll be watching every episode with excitement.”
