And on Saturday night on Strictly Come Dancing, Vito Coppola fueled the speculation again with a very cheeky comment towards his dance partner Ellie Leach.
The 22-year-old Coronation Street star and the 31-year-old professional dancer impressed with their standout week 10 show to Destiny’s Child hit Bills, Bills, Bills.
Speaking to host Claudia Winkleman after her performance, Vito was asked how much control was required for this particular dance.
“So much control, it was difficult because she came last week, she was so spread out with everything, and this one you have to keep everything,” Vito explained to Claudia.

He then added: “There’s a fireball between us and I said, ‘Look at me and eat me with your eyes.’
The comment was meant to elicit gasps from Claudia and Vito’s fellow professional dancers, as well as those watching at home.

Ahead of the dance, Ellie admitted her confidence had increased significantly since Strictly, saying: “I would never have been able to do this dance a few weeks ago.”
Ellie and her partner looked incredible in a tight scarlet dress with a daring thigh-high slit and only had eyes for each other during the red-hot show.
At the end of the number, the two exchanged a lingering look as they got fans talking with a near-kiss.
While viewers were impressed by their incredible chemistry, the judges were left a little disappointed as Anton admitted he felt the routine “lacked intensity”.
Craig added that he felt the dance lacked intimacy.
Despite Anton and Craig’s criticism, Motsi Mabuse and Shirley Ballas were so impressed that they each gave the pair a 10, with a total score of 38, putting them at the top of the leaderboard.

However, fans insisted it should have been a perfect 40.
On Friday, the two sent their fans crazy again when they shared a joint post on Instagram in which they posed together for several cozy snaps.
One moment Vito wrapped his arms around Ellie and rested his head on hers, while in another moment he held her face and leaned in for a kiss.
Alongside the post, he wrote: “Live in the present and be grateful for what you have in life.” Be happy every morning when you wake up and appreciate the little things. That is what true happiness is.
