A new report has revealed that WWE star Drew McIntyre “stormed out” of the Survivor Series premium live event tonight.
McIntyre was part of the men’s WarGames match that was the highlight of the show when he teamed with Judgment Day in losses to Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso, Sami Zayn and Seth Rollins.
While the winning team celebrated, Cult of Personality played and CM Punk took the stage before the show went out.
PWInsider reports that McIntyre “stormed out of the ring” after WarGames ended.
He reportedly “rushed to the back, slammed his locker room door, threw on a hoodie and immediately left Allstate Arena.”
It was said that McIntyre was clearly angry, but there is no word yet on why. Footage showed McIntyre charging to the back before CM Punk had even come out. It is unknown whether he knew it would happen or not.
Footage emerged of Seth Rollins screaming at ringside and having to be restrained by Michael Cole, Corey Graves and others following Punk’s return, but there are no further details as to whether or not this was planned as a storyline.
