The report attempted to contact businessman Ailton Maranhão, who was a victim of the attack along with his lawyer, but received no response. The hearing took place at the Goiânia Criminal Forum.
In the incident, which occurred on June 13 at a shop in Jardim América in Goiânia, Dhomini was said to have gone to the location accompanied by eight men to collect equipment from the shop. He claimed that this measure was aimed at “recovering the investment” to cover the losses suffered in the company.

During the visit, an argument allegedly broke out between Dhomini and Ailton Gomes Maranhão, which culminated in physical attacks that left the bar owner unconscious. The victim’s lawyer, who was present at the time, claims he was also attacked, especially after Dhomini realized he was being recorded.
Those attacked filed a police report for assault and theft and had to undergo forensic examinations.

In previous statements, the exBBB justified the incident as a “discussion between members of a bankrupt bar” and claimed they were there to get equipment to cover losses. Dhomini said the attack was a form of defense following death threats from the restaurant’s owner.
However, the exBBB’s version was disputed by Maranhão’s lawyer, who denied the victim’s provocations and stated that Dhomini was not a member of the establishment but a figurehead.
