REVEALED: Why Taylor Swift MISSED the premiere of Beyoncé’s concert film… even though the Renaissance singer attended the film event OF HER Eras Tour

Beyonce welcomed a bevy of boldface names to the premiere of her new concert film, “Renaissance: A Film By Beyonce,” on Saturday night.

Directed by the singer herself, the film is a camera recording of her Renaissance world tour, named after her 2022 album of the same name.

Countless stars flocked to the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills on Saturday to tip their hats to Beyonce – but one was noticeably missing.

Taylor Swift was not in attendance at the glitzy extravaganza, although Beyonce attended the premiere of Taylor’s Eras Tour concert film last month.

So why wasn’t Taylor at Beyonce’s event?

Taylor is currently in the middle of her Eras tour and on the night of Beyoncé’s premiere she played a concert in São Paulo.

She’s been traveling around South America all month, which is why she didn’t get to celebrate Thanksgiving with her NFL boyfriend Travis Kelce.

Travis lazily revealed to his brother Jason Kelce on their podcast that he would be spending Thanksgiving alone because Taylor was in Brazil.

Jason, who is also an NFL player but for a different team, invited Travis to fly to Philadelphia and ring in Thanksgiving with him.

However, Travis was preparing for a soccer game on Sunday in Las Vegas, which may have been a reason he couldn’t travel to Brazil to be with his girlfriend.

Taylor’s stay in Brazil was struck by tragedy last week when an audience member at one of her concerts in Rio de Janeiro collapsed in the heat and died.

Taylor was devastated and postponed one of her next shows, but the tour eventually went ahead and she was on stage in São Paulo this weekend.

Meanwhile, in California, a dazzling crowd of celebrities paraded through the Samuel Goldwyn Theater at the premiere of Beyoncé’s new film.

Lizzo, Chloe X Halle, Gabrielle Union, Lupita Nyong’o, Janelle Monae and Kris Jenner were among the famous faces at the celebration.

In order to maintain the aura of secrecy, the invited guests were only told 24 hours in advance where the premiere would take place.

According to a report from Variety, the dress code intended for the “Chrome Carpet” was cryptically described as “cozy opulence.”

Beyoncé’s new concert film will be released next Friday, World AIDS Day – a touching detail since the Renaissance album was dedicated to Beyoncé’s gay cousin Jonny, whom she lost to AIDS.

Taylor recently released her own concert film from her Eras tour – and when it premiered in Los Angeles last month, Beyoncé made a surprise appearance there.

The duo of pop titans posed together on the red carpet in a moment that was sure to send both of their ravenous fan bases into fits of joy.
