There was no shortage of star power as the lights came up at the world premiere of Beyoncé’s new documentary concert film.
Gabrielle Union was among the VIP guests who attended Saturday’s “Chrome Carpet” excitement and screening of “Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé” at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills.
When choosing her black dress with a plunging neckline, the actress didn’t hold back when it came to sex appeal.
The unique dress was completed with a low-cut, skin-tight bodice that showed off her cleavage, while the furry, rhinestone-embellished bottom half hung over her hips.
Exuding great confidence and attitude, the “Being Mary Jane” star placed her hands on either side of her hips to take photos during all the pomp and circumstance, which also helped show off all her jewelry , which includes earrings, a bracelet and a necklace.
Star-studded: Gabrielle Union, 51, was among the many stars who attended the world premiere of “Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé” at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills on Saturday
Using her magic, the Omaha, Nebraska native continued to strike various poses, again using her hands almost as props.
Sometimes the bottom of her sexy dress was pulled up just enough to show off her black, open-toed heels.
To complete her overall look, Union had her raven locks pulled back into a ponytail away from her face, except for the hair, which she let dangle close to her right eye and was enhanced by a part on the left side.
It looks like the Think Like A Man star is without her ever-stylish husband Dwyane Wade, who is a former NBA star and spent most of his career with the Miami Heat.
To create some mystery, Queen Bey decided to keep the details of the premiere under wraps and invite guests with a save-the-date that revealed only the screening’s 7 p.m. start time and a “cozy opulence” dress code, according to Variety.
It turns out that the location of the event, which was the Goldwyn Theater, was only made public less than 24 hours before all the festivities began.
Guests were advised to take a ride to an address in Beverly Hills and then be directed to the screening location.
The chrome carpet, which was a nod to Beyoncé’s request for fans to wear silver and chrome to create a “House Of Chrome” during the Renaissance tour, officially began at 5:30 p.m

When Beyoncé was looking for a deal for the film, she ultimately settled on an unconventional deal similar to the one Taylor Swift struck with AMC in August.
Taylor Swift: The documentary “Eras Tour” was self-funded and will reportedly earn her more than 50% of the box office, which is essentially the deal Beyoncé negotiated, sources told Variety.
Five days after the Los Angeles event, the “Crazy In Love” star will celebrate the premiere with another screening in London on November 30.
In addition to AMC locations, “Renaissance: A Beyoncé Movie” will premiere to fans at select Regal and Cinemark theaters across the U.S. on December 1, World AIDS Day.
Many fans will be quick to point out that Beyoncé dedicated her Renaissance album to her late cousin Johnny, whom she refers to as Uncle Johnny, who died of an AIDS-related illness.
