Lauren Sanchez Says Her Fiancé Jeff Bezos Is a ‘Monster’ at the Gym – Here’s What His Fitness Routine Is Like

Jeff Bezos and his fiancée Lauren Sanchez seem to do almost everything together, but there’s one thing Sanchez doesn’t want to share with him – a workout routine.

Sanchez told Vogue that the two often train together but have their own regiments.

“We can’t do the same drills,” Sanchez said. “He’s on a completely different level than me. He’s a monster in the gym.”

It’s not the first time she’s highlighted his commitment to fitness. Over the summer, she posted pictures of Bezos shirtless on vacation.

Bezos also focuses on his diet, eating meals high in protein and fat, often with Mediterranean options, depending on his body and soul.

He has denied rumors that he takes human growth hormones or other steroids to achieve his fitness level, Body and Soul reported. Instead, Bezos attributes his success to his training, diet and – famously – eight hours of sleep a night.
