I hate that tender, pitiful moment when a show business star feels the call to transcendence. How much unnecessary embarrassment. From Iker Jiménez (born Scrappy Doo) talking about Belmez’s faces to a discussion of an extravagant geopolitical investigation. But I respect Iker Jiménez because I have always been told that he is a good boss. And a person who behaves well towards subordinates and colleagues is a person who dresses smartly. Iker likes it. Otherwise I wouldn’t be able to do something like Horizon.
Others love each other much more, although they lack the good reputation that Iker’s employees give him. In this regard, the streamer Facu Díaz has glossed over Pablo Motos’ approach in line with his words about the humor that they do not allow him to have. There are a lot of people who are annoyed that they can’t laugh at dwarves, gangsters and wimps. What happens is that when you make a joke about him or criticize his program, Motos opens the windows of El Hormiguero and sends the flying monkeys looking for you. It doesn’t matter if you laugh at his looks, his sexist comments, or his Bikram asanas. Motos’ henchmen will find you. They will shock you until you admit that you love their leader even a little.
A pilgrimage of those affected (some apparently threatened) has raised their voices and I join them. A subordinate called on a holiday and left me debating for three hours about whether or not it was appropriate to have a negative opinion of the red-haired prince of Requena. It worked. I haven’t spoken about him again to this day. Instead of a hidden aggressive phone call, I prefer a direct threat, especially because it takes just a few seconds. Oh, Motos… how little you care about yoga.
