Travis Kelce proved to be a good teammate after clashing with Las Vegas Raiders cornerback Amik Robertson in the Kansas City Chiefs’ comeback win on Sunday night.
The altercation occurred with just over 10 minutes left in the third quarter of the AFC West rival game when Robertson appeared to put all his weight on Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice following an offensive play by the visiting team at Allegiant Stadium.
Kelce, 34, went over to push off his opponent to help his teammate, but was quickly confronted by not only Robertson, but another Raiders player as well.
Kelce didn’t appear to back down, however, and had to be held back by several of his Chiefs teammates while he exchanged a few words with one of the game officials.
“Travis Kelce CAN fight,” tweeted one Taylor Swift fan in awe of the Chiefs’ number 87.

“I don’t want to hear ‘Travis Kelce can you fight?’ anymore,” another shared.
“The way he just threw a whole man off his teammate with what seemed like a slight push…damn,” another “Swiftie” wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Against the Raiders (5-7), Kelce had six receptions for 91 yards and no touchdowns.
Despite his lack of availability in the end zone, Kelce became the fastest tight end ever to reach 11,000 yards.
