Who is Guillermo Viscarra?
Guillermo Viscarra Bruckner is a 30-year-old Bolivian goalkeeper who currently plays for his country’s club, The Strongest, as well as the Bolivian national team. Since his professional debut in 2014, he played for highland football teams such as Bolívar and Oriente Petrolero until joining his current institution in 2021. In 2017, he had a brief stint with Hapoel Raanana in Israel, but did not log any minutes.
He made his debut with La Verde in a friendly in 2016, but it was not until 2023 that he had the opportunity to take part in an official competition (South American qualification). He has established himself as a regular player in both his squad and his national team with over 40 games so far this season.
As for his record, he recently became champion of the Bolivian First League 2023. This is his fourth national title, having won the 2014 Apertura, the 2015 Clausura and the 2019 Apertura with Bolívar.

What did Guillermo Viscarra respond to Universitario’s interest?
