Isabella Aglio, Mingau’s daughter, often shares updates from the Ultraje a Rigor musician on Instagram. This Thursday (November 30th), the young woman showed her father giving the thumbs up and even showed his face. The artist was shot in the head in early September and has been fighting for his life ever since.
“Good morning with (thumbs up emoji). Every victory is celebrated here,” wrote Isabella, showing Mingau’s hand. She then posted and explained that the musician is still in intensive care almost three months after he was shot in the head:

“Yes, everyone, we are still in the ICU battling a lung infection. Fear overcomes me, but I know that the road is long and I need patience. And I wanted to remind everyone that we still need help. We have an online fundraiser and a show on December 14th,” he explained, recalling a charity event to cover the costs of Mingau’s hospitalization.

Finally, Isabella published a photo close to Mingau’s face, showing the musician for the first time after the shot. “There is laughter, there is joy, but there is also a lot of crying. I’m doing everything I can, Dad. Everything will be okay, I promise,” he concluded.
