When Geri Halliwell-Horner, Emma Bunton, Ronnie Wood, Rod Stewart and Gary Barlow came together for a performance of Happy Birthday, it was perhaps the most star-studded ever.

They celebrated the 50th birthday of Christian Horner – husband of Geri and head of the Red Bull F1 team.

And the couple hosted the lavish evening at Mayfair’s Mount St restaurant on Wednesday.

The 53-year-old model opted for a dark gray sequin dress for the birthday bash, which she paired with gold glittery heels

The Spice Girl, 51, wore a glamorous white midi dress with silver embellishments, while her former bandmate Ms Bunton, 47, opted for a sleek black dress.

Sitting at the keyboard was 52-year-old Barlow, looking dapper in a white double-breasted suit and brown open-collar shirt.

The Take That frontman had previously given Mr Horner a solo sing-along before Ms Bunton, Mrs HalliwellHorner and former Faces bandmates Wood and Stewart joined.

Rolling Stone Wood, 76, wore a leather blazer with bright blue accents, while Maggie May singer Stewart, 78, wore leopard print.

They were joined by their wives, with Penny Lancaster, 52, looking sensational in a gray sequined slit dress and gold heels.

Wood’s wife Sally, 45, wore a figure-hugging silver dress. Also at the surprise party in London was 93-year-old former F1 superstar Bernie Ecclestone, who was accompanied by his wife Fabiana Flosi, 46.

The couple both wore matching navy blue. The five stars have an estimated net worth of more than half a billion pounds between them: Stewart (£215m); timber (£158 million); Barlow (£90m); Ms Halliwell-Horner (£32m) and Ms Bunton (£24m).
