Taylor Swift has thanked her fans and crew after wrapping up her world tour this year with the Eras Tour.

The Shake It Off singer commented on her concerts in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, Brazil, on social networks, a few days after her last concert of 2023, Sunday November 26th.
“Touring Brazil is something I’ve dreamed of for years and these fans have exceeded my expectations,” she wrote alongside a series of pictures from the concerts. We have officially completed the Eras Tour 2023 and were able to close the year with 6 concerts in Rio and São Paulo with an enchanting audience. »
“I am so grateful to my tour family, my band, my crew and my dancers for everything they have put into this show throughout the year,” she continued. For the people who came to see it, you made these stadiums so vivid, electric and unforgettable for me. I truly feel so proud and humbled by what I have been able to be a part of. See you in 2024.”
The superstar did not mention the tragedy that occurred during the first concert in Brazil, when one of her fans, Ana Clara Benevides Machado, died of cardiac arrest due to the extreme heat in the stadium and the impossibility of having a bottle of water with her. What we do know is that Taylor Swift met the 23-year-old’s family backstage at her final concert in São Paulo on Sunday.
The 33-year-old singer toured the US and Mexico between March and August before performing in Argentina and Brazil this month. She will continue her journey to Japan in February before concluding her tour in Canada in December 2024.
